Concrete Contractor Hodgkins was built around a simple observation: most concrete problems are planning problems. A slab that sinks had too little base. So we plan first. Every job starts with a site visit and a written set of specs: base depth, slab thickness, reinforcement, fall and joint spacing. For commercial properties, we add a phasing schedule built around shifts, deliveries and customer traffic. Then we price it, line by line.
The work itself follows the plan. Excavation, compaction, forms, steel, pour, finish, joints and curing, in that order, with nothing skipped to save time. It is not complicated. It is just consistent.
