Work begins only after acceptance of a written price. The written price, including scope, specifications, schedule and payment terms, governs the work.

Pricing and Scope

Price ranges provided by phone are preliminary. Firm pricing is provided in writing following a site visit.

Conditions discovered during demolition or excavation, including unsuitable soil, buried material or utilities, may alter scope. Changes are documented and approved before additional work proceeds.

Scheduling and Weather

Schedules depend on weather, ground conditions and material availability. Pours may be rescheduled for rain, extreme heat or freezing temperatures, with notice given as early as practical.
